Great deception is afoot in the churches today, happening right before our very eyes. In fact, it may have already come to your church. False doctrines, a different gospel, and even doctrines of demons have been introduced into many churches via books, music, videos, teachers and movements that claim to be of God. Please read the articles on this site from a wide variety of denominations and authors on the subject of deception in the church before you encourage anyone from your church to go to meetings where false teachers claim to be able to transfer the Holy Spirit by the laying on of hands and subsequently soften people up to receive false doctrines, which can ultimately shipwreck their faith or prevent them from ever coming to salvation in Christ. Since the linked articles on these pages are from a wide variety of sources, we do not necessarily agree with every word contained in them. In general, however, they do represent good Scriptural apologetics on the subject of the current "Third Wave" or "New Apostolic Reformation" movement and other unbiblilcal groups. If you have already seen negative fruit from these movements, or if you have other doctrinal objections to any extra Biblical group mentioned on this site ... or have any other comment ... your comments are welcome. Please contact us by email. It is hoped that this page will (a) alert Christians worldwide to deception in the church (b) provide resources for discernment, judging rightly, and testing the spirits (c) bring many believers back to obedience to Jesus Christ and the written Word from which all Christian doctrine and teaching should be derived and (d) promote the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth which "is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes" (Rom. 1:16), not a gospel of signs and wonders.

I reluctantly need to ask for your help again so I will lay out our needs for your information. We have always depended on the Lord to provide through faithful Christians, like you. The ministry of ACT has people all over the world who have been helped by our website and newsletters. We currently have between 1-2 million hits per month on the site. We continue to get good reports of changed lives. We also get our share of criticism and outright persecution. But the Lord has been faithful and I know many of you have been praying for us and some have halped financially.

Right now, due to the economy and increased costs of living in the islands, I need to ask again that you prayerfully consider giving to this ministry.
